大連天鹿重工由自然人投資成立，注冊資本2000萬元。注冊地址在大連市普灣新區(qū)三十里堡臨港工業(yè)區(qū)。
經(jīng)營范圍：礦山、冶金、建筑、起重農(nóng)機具、鋼結構設備的開發(fā)、設計、制造、安裝、調試、維修、保養(yǎng)；機電設備的技術開發(fā)、技術咨詢、技術服務及技術轉讓；貨物進出口、技術進出口、國內一般貿易；以及機械設備租賃。
公司所屬行業(yè)為加工制造業(yè)，產(chǎn)品主要定位為大船集團非船事業(yè)部（大船裝備）重工配套加工；同時公司已自行開發(fā)機械式停車設備產(chǎn)業(yè)，2013年已完成了起重機、機械式停車設備的制造、安裝、維修、改造資質許可的審核資質。公司已取得進出口權，具備獨立的貨物進出口報關條件，為拓展國際貿易奠定了基礎。
2013年成功的承接了以色列IDE公司的海水淡化項目，美國海水項目，目前正在施工中；已簽訂產(chǎn)值近億元的普灣新區(qū)16號道橋項目,施工周期約一年半。

為更好地做好大船集團重工及園區(qū)的配套加工及其它產(chǎn)業(yè)的建造，公司在近大船裝備的生產(chǎn)基地的普灣新區(qū)三十里堡臨港工業(yè)區(qū)購置了5.4萬平的土地，已于2012年五月份開工，目前已投入使用，于2013年底前已正式搬遷。該項目需社會專業(yè)化協(xié)作較多，配套面較廣，可新增約400個就業(yè)崗位，達標后年產(chǎn)值2億元，每年上繳稅金七百余萬元。社會效益比較顯著，對拉動當?shù)亟?jīng)濟、提高當?shù)貏趧恿λ刭|，以及對當?shù)刎斦呢暙I等都將產(chǎn)生比較積極的影響。

About the Company（英文公司簡介）：
Dalian Magic-Deer (Rich-Long) Industry Limited Company was founded in November 2010, which was invested by natural person shareholders. The registered capital is RMB15 millions.
The company is principally engaged in manufacturing of steel structure and heavy industrial equipment, mainly for large processing facilities. We focus on the crane products, steel structure and equipment manufacturing, mechanical parking system and etc. We are aiming for products in the field of energy saving, environmental protection and nuclear power for future development.
The company production base is located in Sanli, Jinzhou. The working area is about 15000㎡, of which the plant area is about 10000㎡. We are able to make large-scale equipment and device manufacture with all of the conditions of assembly debugging operation.
And we are working on our factory buildings in an Industrial Zone of Dalian Pulandian Bay New Area. The Production Plant I covers an area over 54400㎡. There will be the workshops for the steel material machinery, all of kinds of assembly work, office buildings and dormitory buildings . The Production Plant I will be completed by the end of next June. The Production Plant II covers an area of 50000㎡. There will be painting workshop, parking system workshop, and workshop for small products. Especially the stainless steel workshop, which will be separate space with more than 3300㎡, with all of the necessary equipment for such material working purpose and separate storage room. The Production Plant II will be completed by the end of 2014.
There are senior professional and technical qualification of over 20 people in our company, and engineering & technical personnel more than 30 people. There are over 300 employeesfor the production. And we are continuously to have the skillful people join our team in the various aspects of professionals.
